We understand that schedules can change. Here is how our cancellation policy works:

24-hour notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a $15 fee.

No-Shows: If a student is absent for a session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

Emergency Exceptions: We understand that unexpected situations happen. If there’s an emergency, just reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

For in-person sessions, students should bring any relevant textbooks, notes, homework, or past tests they’d like to review.

For online sessions, a laptop/tablet and a way to write (notebook or tablet) are recommended.

At Peak Potential Learning, we value academic integrity and believe in guiding students to understand the material rather than just providing answers. Our tutors will never complete assignments or tests for students, but we will help them build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed on their own.

We do both! We help with homework, test prep and assignments.

At Peak Potential Learning, we value academic integrity. We won’t do the work for them. Instead, we focus on foundational skills so students truly understand the material.

We accept PayNow and cash payment after the session has finished.
